APARTMENT LAVANDA (2 persons) 45,25 m2 + terrace 20 m2 + second terrace 12 m2, situated on the ground floor next to the garden, consisting of:

• Masterbedroom 11,90 m2 with double bed 180 cm x 190 cm
• Bedroom 6,20 m2 with a single bed 80 cm x 190 cm
• Fully equipped kitchen 13,80 m2 (electric hotplates, fridge, coffee appliance) and a dining table with chairs, TV SAT
• Private bathroom 6,50 m2 with a shower and bidet
• Masterbedroom doors open onto covered terrace 12 m2
• Dining room doors open onto a covered terrace 20 m2 that features wooden furniture set and give the loggia a room like quality.

Access to the property through an electric gate (each guest has his own remote control)

Its unique design, the extremely quiet and safe location and the Interiors make this space the ultimate holiday home. Its located in the most trendy Area in Poreč, in Čimižin / Borik where everything is in walking distance and you are also in 15 min at the beach. We have high speed Internet!

The space

Before we introduce you to the Apartment a word about additional services we offer. This are our most requested:

The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious. It's located south/ south west and receive beautiful light from midday until sunset.

Our outdoor chairs are the perfect place to read a book, to chill or just to hang out with your beloved and listen to the birds in the garden.
Our intimate Guest bedroom features a Queen Size bed, a Fan, AC and plugs of both sides of the bed to charge phones or Laptop. The spaces are day- and night curtains / shutters  to make it private and shaded.

The inside of the Apartment is very beautiful and has lots of room to chill on the large Sofa, the comfortable Queen / King-Size Bed or on the Dinning Table.
We have a very nice large Fridge with a separate Freezer. The Kitchen contains everything you desire to prepare your favorite dishes. This contains a Coffee machine, a Toaster for Bread,  cutting boards, a great selection of knifes and plates and cups. In Poreč, tap water is drinkable and of high quality, so you can drink it freely without having to buy bottles.

Our Apartment has a separate AC what keeps your space always fresh. On both sides of the bed you have a contacts to charge phones.

Next to the bed is a big closet with lots of hangers.

The bathroom is one of the many highlights: very clean and minimal but in the same moment elegant. We offer a Collection of Shower gel and Soap with amazing scent. Under your sink is a hairdryer located, additional papers and we not want to forget to mention our towels.
The bathroom also offer rainfall shower and our Water its really Hot, water pressure is strong too.

Guest access

Lavanda is part of Villa Aleksandar Poreč House what consist 4 apartments in total, its located in a very quiet area with almost no traffic and with many many options for Restaurants in walking distance. Once you have booked you can ask for our insider guide with the very best advices for the specific area in Poreč and in general in Istria what will make your trip a truly unique experience.

The building is in an area described as very safe, a strong community of residents taking care about the area and gives it a neighborhood feeling. There are no big developments or constructions around what make it more quiet and cozy. We have lots of green and in general a very relaxed vibe.

The Building has lots of parking options on the property and next to the property, parking is safe.
